Beijing steps up fight against jaywalkers

Beijing on Monday launched a campaign to strengthen punishments for pedestrians and drivers of non-motorized vehicles who violate road crossing rules, a move to tighten traffic regulations and ensure road safety, local authorities said. Full Story
