13 discarded vehicles of different colors are used in creating a 10-meter-high art work named "Regeneration 2013" at Wuhan Culture Creation Industrial Park in Hubei province. It is reported that the industrial park is the birth place of China's first walking tractor. This old industrial site is planned to be built into the largest garden park and a multifunctional culture site which is scheduled to open in November.
