A traffic accident in last year ended the happy life of Cao Fei, a 6-year-old girl.
In June 2012, her grandparents rode a motorcycle to take her to see the doctor in the town. Because of bad vision caused by the smoke from straw burnt at the roadside, the motorcycle was crushed into the straw fire by a pedicab. When the three were discovered by the surrounding villagers, the two elderly people had stopped breathing. Cao was also in critical condition. Her parents spent all their savings to save her life. After being discharged from hospital, she has to wear a mask and tight clothes which help her to restore the skin graft. Since then the mask becomes a part of her life.
