Two little girls were locked in a cage-like tricycle on the roadside of Binjiang Xilu in S China’s Guangxi on June 18, 2013. The three-wheeled vehicle is refit with an iron cage covered by a piece of blue cloth. Their grandmother was washing clothes by the river, leaving the girls locked in the tricycle, sitting on some clothes.
