Two pedestrians stabbed to death in Beijing

A man stabbed two pedestrians, including a foreigner, to death at 5 p.m. on Wednesday at the Chaoyang Joy City in Beijing, said local police.

Police have detained the killer.

An initial investigation showed the killer suffered from mental disorder.

Investigation to the incident is still underway.
