SW China knifeman kills 2, injures 4

NANNING, July 23 (Xinhua) -- A knife-wielding man killed two people and injured another four on Tuesday morning in Dongxing City of south China's Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, authorities said.

At about 8 a.m., the suspect broke into the building of the Dongxing Family Planing Bureau, where he attacked his victims, said the Dongxing municipal government.

The four injured people have been rushed to hospital.

The suspect has been put into police custody, and investigation into the incident is under way.
