Indonesian Parliament prepared for the first foreign head of state to give a speech

Chinese President Xi Jinping delivers a speech at Indonesian Parliament in Jakarta, Indonesia at 11 a.m. on Oct.3, 2013. He is the first foreign head of state to give speech at the Indonesian Parliament.
