Duan Junyi, born in 1910, a native of Fanxian County (now part of Henan Province), Shandong Province, was then director of the Department of Industry under the Southwest Military and Administrative Commission. Cai Shufan (1905-58), a native of Hanyang, Hubei Province, was then director of the Department of Labour under the Southwest Military and Administrative Commission and director of the Southwest Office of All-China Federation of Trade Unions. Zhang Linzhi (1908-67), a native of Nangong, Hebei Province, was then secretary of Chongqing Municipal Party Committee and deputy director of the Southwest Office of All-China Federation of Trade Unions. Yu Jiangzhen (1912-67), a native of Xichong, Sichuan Province, was then deputy director of the Department of Organization of the Southwest Bureau of the CPC Central Committee.
