A reference to the mistakes made during the ``Great Leap Forward'' and the movement to establish people' communes in 1958. These mistakes consisted chiefly of the following: denying differences between individual production teams, bringing rich and poor teams to the same level and carrying out equal distribution within a commune; accumulating too much for common funds and expending too much voluntary labour; and trampling on the principle of exchange a t equal value and requisitioning some property of production teams and commune members without compensation.
