A Reference to the speech mao Zedong delivered at the enlarged working conference of the Central Committee on January 30, 1962. It was published on July 1, 1978. The Selected Readings from the Works of Mao Zedong, published in 1986, contained the first, second, fourth and sixth points of his speech.
