Sci-Tech Hackers Trounced in HK

HK has succeeded in beating back hackers' intrusion on HK SAR Government's website, HK Information and Technology Office declared recently. Preventive measures have been adopted to guarantee classified information not to be divulged it said.

Since hackers launched attacks on many large HK websites, HK Network Security Company has asked for a strengthening of security management on the Internet. Experts suggest that security software such as firewall is built and complicated password added to guard hackers from daily disruption of work.

HK Information and Technology Office also asked other departments and offices to carefully classify information data in message gleaning.
