Vietnamese ambassador to China, Bui Hong Phuc, on behalf of Vietnamese President Tran Duc Luong, Tuesday conferred friendship medals on Chinese Foreign Minister Tang Jiaxuan and Assistant Foreign Minister Wang Yi, acknowledging their contribution to promoting relations between the two countries and parties as well as friendship between the two peoples.
