Floods hit Henan

Severe rainstorms have flooded 80 percent of Henan Province over the past few days, causing 7.82 billion yuan (US$942 million) in economic losses. Nearly 20 million people have been affected by the floods,and 122,300 houses have collapsed. Crude oil production in the Central China Oilfield has decreased by more than 500 tons.
