China Virtually Wins Olympics Table Tennis Women's Double Title

China secured gold and silver medals of the Olympic women's doubles table tennis event Thursday in Sydney.

Top seeds and world champions Li Ju/Wang Nan edged out South Korea's Kim Moo-Kyo/Ryu Ji-Hye, 17-21, 21-15, 15-21, 21-14, 24-22.

Earlier, Yang Ying/Sun Jin beat Krisztina Toth/Csilla Batorfi of Hungary 17-21, 21-18, 21-14, 21-17.
