China Secures Men's Doubles Gold and Silver in Olympic Table Tennis

Chinese pairs Liu Guoliang/Kong Linghui and Wang Liqin/Yan Sen both entered the men's doubles final at the Olympic table tennis tournament here on Friday.

Liu/Kong downed Frenchmen Patrick Chila/Jean-Philippe Gatien 21-12, 22-24, 21-10, 21-10, while Wang/Yan nipped South Korea's Lee Chul-Seung/Yoo Seung-Min 21-12, 21-19, 17-21, 21-18.
