Twelve Bodies Retrieved from Kursk Submarine

A total of 12 remains on submarine Kursk have been retrieved by Monday morning, Vladimir Navrotsky, head of the Russian Northern Fleet's press service announced.

Russian divers on Saturday used a lull in the storm to access the ninth compartment of the submarine and remove the remains of eight more crewmen.

The remains of four dead sailors had been retrieved earlier.
