New Wildlife Park Opens in E. China

A new wildlife park in China has opened to the public, attracting thousands of visitors.

The park, which has lions, Siberian tigers, bears, yak, deer and other animals, is on the bank of Dongqianhu Lake in Ningbo, a major port city in east China's Zhejiang province.

The park has a square for 10,000 pigeons, a bull-fighting ring, a dog-racing track, and an animal performance arena for horseback riding and bird acts.

The owner the 47-hectare park is a private businessman.
