Vietnam Congratulates Bush on Victory in US Presidential Election
Vietnam on Thursday, December 14, congratulated George W. Bush on his victory in the US presidential election.
In response to a relevant question, a spokesperson of the Foreign Ministry said that "we congratulate newly-elected US President George Bush."
The Vietnamese Spokesperson also expressed the hope that the relations between Vietnam and the United States would be continuously improved and developed on the basis of mutual understanding, respecting each other, equality and mutual benefit.
