FM Spokeswoman on Inter-Korean Ministerial-Level Talks

The Chinese government is pleased to know that the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) and the Republic of Korea (ROK) have reached substantial agreements during the fourth inter-Korean ministerial-level talks.

Chinese Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Zhang Qiyue made the remarks during a regular press conference Tuesday, December 19.

China believes that as long as the two sides make joint efforts to follow the agreements reached in Inter-Korean Summit last June, the momentum of reconciliation between the north and the south will be maintained, she said.
