Nanjing's Internet Users Spend 19 Million Hours on-line in 2000
The Internet users in this capital of east China's Jiangsu Province spent a total of 19.653 million hours On-line in 2000, equaling about 2,243 years.
In 1999, the Nanjing Telecom had 80,000 Internet users only and by the end of 2000 the number had topped 500,000. Among them the registered Internet users account for 180,000.
