China to Start up Speedy Alert for Anti-dumping Cases

Zhou Keren, vice minister of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation, has lately said that in view of the serious situation in China's export trade, the Ministry will adopt a series of measures to start up anti-dumping, including perfecting relevant laws and rules, establishing a committee for dealing with anti-dumping lawsuits.

And furthermore, the system for anti-dumping pre-alert must be perfected in order to take an active part in anti-dumping actions, and in the meanwhile by making full use of the multilateral and bilateral trade systems to fight resolutely against some counties' limitations and anti-dumping charges against Chinese products.
