CSRC: Yinguangxia Fabricated 745m Yuan Profit
China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) spokesperson on September 5 made a speech on Yinguangxia case investigation.
CSRC told that Yinguangxia fabricated a huge sum of 745 million yuan of profit by way of counterfeiting purchasing and selling contracts, exportation declaration statements, added value tax invoices, duty-free documents, financial notes and business revenue fabrication. In 1999, the company boasted 178 million yuan of profit and 567 million yuan in 2000. In the meantime, CSRC also made an investigation into Shenzhen Zhongtianqin Accountant Office, finding that the office and its signature certified accountants violated related laws and regulations, they had provided severe untrue auditing report for Yingguangxia.
CSRC has delivered those suspect criminals to police department for inquiring further responsibility. Furthermore, some cases relating to Yinguangxia are also under investigation by CSRC.
