He Luli, female; born June, 1934; a native of Heze, ShandongProvince; member of Revolutionary Committee of Chinese Kuomintang(RCCK); graduated from Beijing Medical College; universityeducation; senior doctor.

Worked as doctor at Beijing Children's Hospital, senior doctorof Beijing No.2 Hospital, 1957-1984; served as deputy head ofXicheng (Western) District, Beijing, 1984-1988.

Served as vice-mayor of Beijing, vice-chairman of RCCK CentralCommittee, chairman of RCCK Beijing Municipal Committee,1988-1996.

Serving as vice-chairman of Eighth National Committee ofChinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) andchairman of RCCK Central Committee since 1996.

Standing Committee member of Seventh and Eighth CPPCC NationalCommittees; and elected CPPCC vice-chairman during Fourth Sessionof Eighth CPPCC National Committee.
