Chinese People Universally Lack of Vitamins and Minerals

A recent nationwide survey on nutrition revealed that the diet habit and life style of the Chinese people have changed with the rapid development of economy and increasing income. However, they are universally lack of vitamins and minerals.

A recent nationwide survey on nutrition revealed that the diet habit and life style of the Chinese people have changed with the rapid development of economy and increasing income. However, they are universally lack of vitamins and minerals.

Chinese people are seriously lack of the nutrients: Vitamin A, VB2 and Calcium, and shortage of VB1, VB6 and VC are quite common among the people. Moreover, kids are short of Zinc, women of Fe and middle and old aged mostly of VC.

According to sources, fat, protein, sugar, vitamins, minerals and water are six necessary nutrients for people to live on, of which the lack of vitamins and minerals will lead to a lot of disease or even death. Nutrition experts note it's good to take in appropriate amount of vitamins and mineral, but better to do that under the guidance of doctors.
