Bangladeshi PM Expresses Shock at Space Shuttle Disaster

Prime Minister Khaleda Zia on Sunday expressed her deep shock at Saturday's tragic disaster of US Columbia space shuttle and sad loss of the lives of its seven astronauts on board.

Prime Minister Khaleda Zia on Sunday expressed her deep shock at Saturday's tragic disaster of US Columbia space shuttle and sad loss of the lives of its seven astronauts on board.

In a message of condolences to US President George W. Bush, shesaid that "we in Bangladesh join you in mourning the untimely demise of the dedicated members of the crew."

Khaleda Zia also conveyed her sincere condolences and sympathies to Bush and the bereaved families of seven astronauts.
