NPC Meeting Opens to Finalize China's New Cabinet

The 7th plenary meeting of the on-going 10th NPC First Session opened Monday afternoon to finalize the line-up of China's new State Council, or the cabinet, nominated by the new premier, Wen Jiabao.

The 7th plenary meeting of the on-going 10th NPC First Session opened Monday afternoon to finalize the line-up of China's new State Council, or the cabinet, nominated by the new premier, Wen Jiabao.

The meeting will also vote for the composition of the special committees of the 10th National People's Congress (NPC), China's top legislature.
