New Round of Inter-Korean Separated Family Reunions to Be Held Later June
The seventh round of inter-Korean separated family reunions will be held at Mount Geumgang in the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) from June 27 to July 2, South Korean national news agency Yonhap News quoted the Korean Red Cross as saying on Saturday.

The agreement was confirmed through liaison officers at the truce village of Panmunjeom, said the report.
About 100 South Korean old people will depart for the mountain north of the demilitarized zone, the buffer area between the two countries, on June 27-30 to meet their relatives living in the DPRK.
Then 100 senior DPRK people will meet with their South Korean relatives from June 30 to July 2 at the same place.
Seoul previously proposed to hold the new round of family reunions on June 19-24.
And as an effort to prevent spread of severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS), Pyongyang suspended Mount Geumgang tour in April.But this time, the DPRK agreed to let the separated family membersto access to the DPRK mountain, the only resort opening to South Korean and foreign visitors, aboard ship.
The sixth round of family reunions was held in February.
