DPRK leader Kim Jong Il Monday sent a wreath to the bier of the late Kim Yong Sun, member of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, deputy to the Supreme People's Assembly of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea and secretary of the WPK Central Committee, expressing deep condolences over his death.
