WB: Investment environment in China is good
The World Bank says investment environment in major Chinese cities is quite good. The conclusion is made after the bank conducted a survey of 23 cities in China's central, western and coastal regions.
The World Bank says investment environment in major Chinese cities is quite good. The conclusion is made after the bank conducted a survey of 23 cities in China's central, western and coastal regions.
The survey indicates that overall the cities of Shanghai and Guangzhou came out ahead in the survey. The Chongqing municipality has been the fastest growing city. The World Bank predicts more capital will flow into China's central and western regions with the passing of time.
The survey covers macro-economic policy, economic structures, micro environment for enterprises, and the quality of infrastructures.
