Award Given to Foreign Experts in Shenyang ����Shenyang in northeast China' s Liaoning Province has recently honored 50 foreign experts working in the city with the "Rose Award" for their outstanding contributions. ����The award, which had been given seven times, is China's highest for foreign experts, and the city of Shenyang has presented it to a total of 183 foreign experts who have contributed tremendously to local economic and social development, according to Mayor Mu Suixin. ����Shenyang was an old industrial center and has improved economic growth by working in cooperation with foreign enterprises and inviting foreign experts and engineers to work here.
