Ideal situation for those post-90s people described by the media would be 5,000 yuan a month, no overtime, fair competition, a decent job, and so on. The unrealistic requirements were exaggerated more or less. Simply speaking, what those post-90s people cannot overcome on employment is the Chinese style problem. Firstly, this is the result of our education system. Universities have been expanding enrollment and focusing on financial benefits for over a decade.
