SEOUL, May 1(Xinhua)-- South Korea's top nuclear envoy Lim Sung- nam visited China Wednesday for talks with Chinese officials on the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK), according to Yonhap News Agency.

During his two-day trip, Lim is expected to meet with his Chinese counterpart Wu Dawei and others officials to discuss issues of mutual concern, including DPRK's nuclear issue.

Lim visited China one day after South Korea and the United States ended a joint massive military exercise amid tensions on the Korean Peninsular.
