Kazakhstan's Cinema Week kicks off in Beijing (3)

During the cinema week, which runs until April 22, 2013, six Kazakhstan films - The Sky of My Childhood, Virtual Love, Shal, The Liqidator, Irony of Love, and Myn Bala: Warriors of the Steppe - will be screened in Beijing.

According to information provided by Kazakhstan, from 2008 to 2012, Kazakhstan's film halls increased from 129 to 233, the number of cinemas increased from 77 to 97, the number of film viewers grew from 36.1 million to 100 million, taking up 10 percent of its population.
