Wang Jin, 26, graduated from Nanchang Hangkong University in 2009. Now he is an engineer with the aircraft maintenance division in Wuxi Sunan International Airport. It took him just one year from learning from the master to completing the repair works independently.

According to Wang Jin, upon the arrival of a flight, they have only about half an hour to unload the cargo, clean and refuel, and test the plane. They must check more than 40 items in 17 categories including the tires, lubricating oil, hydraulic, fan, etc. in this short time, in order to ensure the safety of the next flight.

However, only check in this half an hour's time is not enough. Every evening when the planes park on the tarmac, Wang Jin and his colleagues must check every part of the aircraft to ensure the passengers can take their flight on time the next morning. They often work all night.
