Location: Chao Yang District(note: Chang Yang District is home to the majority if many foreign embassies in Beijing; and Beijing’s growing CBD.)

Rent: 1,200 yuan per month

Su is concerned about location and price, so she rents a single bedroom in a two-bedroom apartment which is near her working place; other three girls live in the master room. She has been in Beijing for three years, and changed living places for three times due to different reasons. Although Su can afford a better place, she wants to save money. She thinks the reasonable price for rent is t 10 percent of monthly salary.
