14:21, November 15, 2012

On Nov. 20, 17 ministers of finance in the eurozone will meet to discuss the outcome of the report on Greece made by the troika, the tripartite committee led by the European Commission with the European Central Bank and the International Monetary Fund.

Rutte told Dutch opposition parties he could not guarantee the Netherlands would get back the money it loaned to Greece. "Whether this is the case is not one hundred percent sure. You always take risks, especially looking at the situation in Greece," he said.

Previously, Dutch Minister of Finance Jeroen Dijsselbloem warned the loans to Greece were risky. However, he said the Greeks deserved extra time to fulfill their obligations due to "real progress in recent months including through cuts. They also have strong economic headwind."
