Foreign military delegations, attaches attend Chinese air show

ZHUHAI, Nov. 13 (Xinhua) -- More than 30 military delegations from over 20 countries are attending the ninth China International Aviation and Aerospace Exhibition, which opened Tuesday in south China's city of Zhuhai, according to a press release from the Ministry of Defense.

Over 40 military attaches to China also were invited by the ministry to attend the exhibition's opening ceremony, the release said.

The ministry held a reception Tuesday evening to welcome the military delegations and attaches.

Aerobatic teams from Russia and Pakistan have been invited to perform during the six-day event, the release said.
