China creates 12.66 mln new jobs in 2012

BEIJING, Jan. 25 (Xinhua) -- Some 12.66 million new jobs were created in China last year. The urban registered unemployment rate stood at 4.1 percent at the year-end, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security (MHRSS) said Friday.
