A 14-year-old girl in central China has failed to flatter her sweetheart but made herself a magnet on Chinese Internet community. Her motive is quite simple, that is, to buy a high-end sedan for her boyfriend.

The girl came into spotlight when a sales assistant from an Audi dealership tweeted online, calling on his counterparts across China not to sell cars to the young girl.

The girl went to an Audi dealership in Zhengzhou of central China's Henan province on July 14. However, the dealership decided not to sell her the Audi-A4 model she wanted, due to her suspicious remarks and behavior.

According to Tian Pan, manager of the Audi dealership, the 14-year-old girl said she became a school dropout at the age of 11 after her parents divorced. Since then, her parents gave her 30 thousand yuan (4890 U.S. dollars) annually and now she has 380 thousand yuan (61940 U.S. dollars) in total.

She also said she met her 16-year-old boyfriend in a cyber cafe three months ago and she wanted to buy the car under her boyfriend's name.

Tian Pan believed that the girl might be swindled and he succeeded in discouraging the girl from purchase after three-hour persuasion. He also called the police who questioned the girl later.

Legal expert says teenage girl is a person with limited civil capacity and decisions such as car purchase should first be approved by her legal representatives.
