Wei said that the situation can be changed by continuing the implementation of paid vacations and using transfer payments to encourage companies to give vacations to employees. "For example, tax reliefs are available to companies giving vacations to their employees."

How will people feel happier about vacations?

In the survey, about 66 percent of respondents suggested implementing paid leaves and increasing the subjectivity of people in taking a vacation, 62 percent hoped that the holiday offices can reasonably arrange the vacations for the purpose of relaxing, rather than stimulating tourism, 52 percent hoped that companies can ensure the right of employees in taking a vacation, but not extending the work time in disguised form, 46 percent called for introduction of holiday arrangements after extensively soliciting opinions of the public and 46 percent proposed to increase the number of days of vacations.
