Shitai county is located in the mountainous area in Anhui province. As one of the first national ecological economic demonstration zones in China, it is called "the most beautiful county in China". Besides the well-preserved natural ecology, the Huizhou ancient buildings are the special landscape of the county. There are currently 103 ancient buildings of Ming and Qing dynasties. They are mainly the ancestral residence of celebrities, the ancient houses and the ancestral halls. Those old buildings have been well taken care of by the local people.
